By submitting the reservation or contact form, subscribing to the newsletter, or contacting the Controller's staff by e-mail or telephone, the Data Subject consents to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the Controller's legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, “Lawfulness of processing” (GDPR).

Processing of personal data

1. Personal data processed: first name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number (if provided).

2. The Data Subject's personal data are processed for the purpose of handling a reservation or enquiry and sending the Controller's offer.

3. Personal data are processed until consent is withdrawn.

4. The Data Subject has the right to information, erasure, rectification, access and data portability, as well as the right to object, all of which may be exercised via the e-mail address info@restaurant-michal.cz.

5. The Data Subject's personal data are processed by authorised employees of the Controller.

6. The Data Subject confirms that the personal data were provided voluntarily.
